Roland is a recognized thought leader in areas of organizational effectiveness and transformation, talent sustainability, next generation leaders, high performance teams, process improvement and the future of learning. He has served in various board positions globally and is currently the co-founder and board member for the Global Learning Lab International.
He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Idaho.
