Rick is the founder of Rick Hardin Associates and a co-founder of ChangeXcelerators. He coaches CEOs, builds effective executive teams, strengthens boards and facilitates organizational transformation, including M&As. He is a former partner at Oliver Wyman Delta consulting.
He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell.
